Bid Submission:
All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 at 5:30 PM . Bidders are advised to rely on the bid closing time indicated in the sourcing event, as it accounts for any adjustments in case of changes to the closing date and time.
Opening of Proposals:
Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda’s internal procedures on Thursday, September 10th, 2026 .
Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1 (one) month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
