Description
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Public Health/Health Administration, social sciences and/or a related field;
Minimum of 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a leadership/management role (such as COP, DCOP Project Director) for large comprehensive and complex international development assistance in HIV/AIDS and health programs in sub-Saharan Africa
High level of interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with a broad range of public and private sector counterparts and other key stakeholders;
Excellent organizational, analytical and oral and written communication skills in English;
Excellent skills and experience in collaborative working relationships with senior level government leadership and internal teams, partners, donors, host country institutions, and other international organizations;
