About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, Refine Skin & Body Clinic, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Nurse to work in Uganda.

JOB PURPOSE
The Nurse will be responsible for identifying the needs of the patients and provide the best healthcare and advice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
2. Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
3. Preparing patients for diagnosis
4. Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
5. Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
6. Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
7. Assisting in medical procedures as needed
8. Operating and monitoring medical equipment
9. Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab assessments.
10. Ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the patients
11. Proper archiving of patient records
12. Educating patients and family members on basic health care practices
13. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
1. An Enrolled Nursing Certificate from a recognized Institution.
2. The suitable candidate must also be registered and licensed with the Nurses and Midwives Council.
3. Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
