JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: Nurse in Charge and indirectly to the NICU In - charge
Directly Supervises Nil
Group Uni t Roswell Women and Children’s Hospital
Duty Station The medical Hub


Job duties
1. Nurse babies in the NICU
2. Receive babies from the theater.
3. Identify babies that need C-Pap & Ventilators.
4. Set up the C-pap.
5. Resuscitate babies.
6. Administer neonatal drugs.
7. Assist neonatal procedures.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of a diploma in Nursing or midwifery.
2. Over 2 years of working experience in the NICU.
3. Very fast and responsive to emergencies.
4. Compassionate about neonates.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Good organizational and time management skills.
8. Great communication skills.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
