ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION:
Tutapona is a leading provider of Mental Health Services for refugees and communities affected by war/conflict.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
To support the overall mission to provide mental health services to communities affected by war and conflict; equipping field teams with staff care resources and support to improve their well-being, and organizational sustainability. Specialist is expected to expand upon existing staff care supports; adding new and innovative approaches to improve staff well-being and organizational culture. Position will require travel with a combination of in person and distance support activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, patience, as well as strong social and communication skills. Possess strong analytical and reasoning skills to apply theories to practical applications, and strong written communication skills to document work.
This position requires commitment to, understanding of, and compliance with Tutapona’s Mission, Vision, and Faith position. Practice must be in accordance with professional international standards for conduct in the Mental Health setting.

DESIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:
1. Master’s degree in Mental Health or relevant field.
2. Experience and training in Mental Health or Counselling
3. Experience in Facilitating/Mentoring Spiritual Development
4. Knowledge of NGO Sector
5. Computer Literacy
6. Conflict Resolution
7. Public Speaking or Teaching
