Our ideal candidate should Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way and ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of how baking ingredients work together and how they can be used in creative ways.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to operate standard food service equipment safely and effectively.
• Self-Motivated
• High Energy level
• Planning, problem solving and teamwork.
