Job Requirement
Qualification: B. E Mech engineer with Min 2 years of exp
Salary per month: Basic UGX 4,376,586
Terms :
Employment Contract Tenure : 2 years
Visa Type : Employment or Project
Working Hours : 9 hours (8 hours duty +1 hour lunch break)
Food : Provided by Company (Deduction of OMR 32 from salary)
Accommodation : Provided by Company
Over Time : Normal OT generally not applicable for office staff
Weekly ‘OFF’ : Sunday to Thursday working. Fri & Sat off (May need to work on off days with compensatory off)
Leave Cycle : 30 days in a year
Flight Ticket : Provided by Company
CFC = 600 + GAMCA Medical cost extra
Payment schedule :
1. On signing of Agreement/offer letter - 200
2. Before departure - 400
