PRINCIPAL AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution; or Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least two (2) Principal Passes in Science Subjects with a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License, Category ‘A’ and ‘C’. Applicants should have a valid AME License with ratings on both piston and gas turbine engines and an Engineering Instructor License.
Working Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of six (6) years relevant working experience, three (3) of which should have been served at the level of Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Government or equivalent level of experience from a reputable Organization.
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Chief Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for performing the following duties:-
- Inspecting aircraft, hangar and workshops;
- Determining and quantifying of spares and equipment requirements;
