Minimum academic qualifications:
1. A PhD in any academic discipline;
2. A Masters Degree with a major in Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or any other related discipline; and
3. A Bachelors degree in any academic discipline.
Peer reviewed publications:
A Minimum of two publications
