JOB SUMMARY
MobiPay is currently seeking to hire a competent person to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an extremely dynamic Agri-Fintech and to use your skills. The Monitoring, Evaluations and Learning (MEL) Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs and projects. They will collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. The MEL officer will work closely with program teams to ensure that programs are aligned with organizational goals and meet the needs of beneficiaries. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing and implementing MEL plans
2. Collecting, analyzing and reporting on program data
3. Supporting program teams in conducting evaluations
4. Providing technical assistance in data collection and analysis
5. Collaborating with partners to share knowledge and best practices
6. Communicating MEL findings and recommendations to stakeholders
7. Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Managing Director.
8. Perform other duties as required.

MEASURABLE OUTPUTS AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Preparation of monthly MIS reports;
2. Assist the Managing Director and Business Development Manager in preparing other relevant reports;
3. Organize and conduct training on M&E/MIS for project and staff
4. Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations;
5. Provide input and update information related to project outcome in MobiTracker
6. Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on MIS reports on project activities;
7. Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the project;
8. Develop M&E system for the Project and for the stakeholders;
