Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet and Administration Officer to optimize our delivery operations, maintain our vehicle assets, and manage daily office administrative tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Fleet & Delivery Management
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure hardware materials reach clients efficiently.
- Schedule and track routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
- Monitor fuel consumption logs, analyze costs, and prevent fuel wastage.
- Ensure all delivery trucks and vehicles have valid insurance, licenses, and permits.
- Supervise, schedule, and enforce safety guidelines for all company drivers.
Office & Store Administration
- Oversee procurement and distribution of office utilities, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
- Manage service contracts with external vendors, mechanics, and security personnel.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of company assets, vehicle logs, and licenses.
- Support the management team with general office upkeep, utility payments, and scheduling.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing fleet logistics and office administration.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, local transport laws, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word.
