JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
The RFSA Research Assistant will support the collection and aggregation of primary data as stipulated in the detailed methodology of this study.
1. Facilitate field data collection activities, specifically Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
2. Take interview notes and transcribe the notes from Nga’Karimajong to English use by the learning review team.
3. Review word-processed interview notes for accuracy and completeness (data quality assurance).
4. Participate in pre-data collection training by the data collection team leaders.
5. Support the mobilization of participants/respondents for KIIs and FGDs.
6. Support the data collection team leaders with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. High School Degree.
2. 2-5 years experience conducting data collection.
3. Demonstrated field experience in Karamoja sub-region.
4. Demonstrated ability to work with a highly-skilled and interdisciplinary team.
5. Self-driven with the competence to prioritize and manage a variety of activities in a timely manner to meet competing deadlines
