JOB DETAILS:
Company Details : In a residential district, this upscale hotel is 1 km from Kampala National Theatre, 2 km from Kampala railway station and 3 km from Uganda Museum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails and other beverages
- Develop creative cocktail recipes and maintain high presentation standards.
- Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages.
- Monitor bar stock, control portions and minimise wastage
- Promote beverage sales through upselling and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication, creativity and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of stock control and hygiene standards.
