JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
A field role visiting supermarket clients, recovering overdue balances and maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up invoices and negotiate realistic payment commitments.
- Report collections to accounts the same day.
- Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain visit records and weekly recovery reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum UACE; a related Accounting or Business diploma/degree is an advantage.
- Debt collection, credit control, sales or field-follow-up experience.
- Valid motorcycle riding permit is required; car licence is advantageous.
- Kampala-route knowledge, negotiation, basic reconciliation and Excel/Sheets skills.
