JOB DETAILS:
Interactive Communications (IC) Ltd is looking for a results-driven Client Service Executive to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client service in Uganda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Generation: Drive and grow client revenue through effective client acquisition, retention and account growth.
- Manage client relationships and ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Implement effective sales and account management strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Provide regular client reports and insights on performance and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in client service, account management or sales (preferred).
- Strong revenue generation and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude
