Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Stimulation Supervisor for one of our clients CNOOC Uganda Limited.
Location: Kampala, Lake Albert production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.

Primary function:
Responsible for supervising the well stimulation and innovating new technology.

Responsibilities:
1. Track well production and interface with the reservoir department.
2. Develop an overall plan for stimulation and allocate operational resources.
3. Organize the preparation of construction design stimulation.
4. Responsible for onsite operation and effectiveness of stimulation treatment tracking.
5. Introduction of new technology and personnel training.
6. Review and file documents related to stimulation measures, statements, reports, etc.
7. Assist to maintain effective communication with relevant personnel, strive to coordinate and actively promote the implementation of operations.
8. Provide inputs and suggestions to operational team when required.
9. Take lead to solve problems about well stimulation.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or relevant courses
2. At least 8 years’ similar experience in the Oil and Gas industry
3. A solid background in Completion and workover engineering or stimulation engineering on site is preferred.

Knowledge:
1. Extensive knowledge of workover well and stimulation.
2. Extensive knowledge of oil and as exploration and production.
3. Knowledge of planning and cost control.
4. IADC or IWCF well control certificate.
