3. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 11:00am on 16th March, 2023.
4. There shall be a pre-proposal meeting at 11:00am on 28th February, 2023 at The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Room B117, 1st Floor, Block B, City Hall.

6. Kampala Capital City Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal
