About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client Total Energies, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Performance Engineer to work in Kampala.
Roles & Responsibilities
At all times the job holder will:
- Drive performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership. Manage and track the implementation.
- Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs.
- Run the communication of KPIs across the organization.
- Track & Report major actions, key contract status
- Support audits and support translation to performance improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum BSc Hons Degree in Engineering disciplines in the industrial context
Required Experience
- At least 5years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proficient in the areas of performance and efficiency.
- Strong experience in working in fast pace, evolving.
- Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment.
- Self-starter, open minded and excellent communication skills.
