The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the establishment of one or more Frame Agreements for the tender outlined below.

Eligible and qualified suppliers duly registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing and proven experience in meeting requirements of a similar nature, are invited to participate in this tender.

Bid documents may be accessed through the UNHCR Supplier Portal. Registered suppliers are required to log in to their accounts at  https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org  to access the tender documents and submit their bids.

Suppliers without a UNHCR Supplier account should visit  https://www.unhcr.org/how-become-supplier  for guidance on the registration process. Click on “Supplier Registration Portal” to create an account and register as a UNHCR supplier.
