DISPOSAL OF THE RESIDUAL LOAN PORTFOLIO OF MERCANTILE CREDIT BANK LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

Bank of Uganda, in its capacity as Liquidator of Mercantile Credit Bank Limited (In Liquidation), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the purchase of the residual loan portfolio of Mercantile Credit Bank Limited (In Liquidation).

Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document for inspection before payment of a non-refundable fee of  UGX 100,000  payable through RTGS or EFT to:

Interested bidders may access the data room only after satisfying the eligibility requirements, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and complying with applicable data protection and confidentiality requirements.
