Job Summary: Luna Park is looking for a hard-working, trustworthy and energetic all-rounder to join our team in Kyankwanzi. The role spans Front Office, Sales, Guest & Bar Service. The Guest Services & Sales Attendant will handle front desk/reception check-ins, sell and serve cold drinks and beverages, and accurately record sales and check-ins using the computer POS.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be based at our Shop/Reception Office , serving as the first point of contact for guests while handling:
• Manage front desk reception & guest check-ins & customer service
• Sales of soft & cold drinks across the counter
• Cash handling & daily sales accountability
• Operate the POS system by entering daily sales into the computer software

Stock control for Shop & Beverages

• Keeping the reception/shop area clean and presentable
• Be the first face of Luna Park

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Honest or having high integrity
• Hard-working & strong work ethic
• Sales-minded
• Tech-savvy (POS & basic computer skills)
• Friendly People-person with sales flair
• Responsible
• Well-presented
• Warm hospitality skills
• experience in hospitality/retail/front desk
• Willing to relocate on-site
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, sales, bar service, reception or POS operations is an advantage.
