Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Advanced Certificate in Mechanics from a recognized Institution.
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Driller for performing the following duties:-
- Carrying out drilling of defined anomalies;
- Assisting Senior Driller to carry out drilling over selected mineral targets,
- Operating, maintaining and servicing drilling rigs and their accessories;
- Updating inventory of drilling consumables and accessories;
- Collecting and organizing drill cores for logging;
- Supervising and appraising drillers;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
