Terms of Reference • Experience in project management and/or skills development, • Familiarity with automotive industry and a basic understanding /training in mechanical or automotive sector • Experience of working in the private sector preferably motor vehicle industry • Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, human resource development, employment promotion and entrepreneurship building. • Knowledge of entrepreneurship building, employment services, microfinance, safety net programmes linked to access to employment and self-employment programme; • Experience in developing partnership with the private sector companies and/or business • Excellent concept and proposal writing and presentation skills
