Job Summary

The Drivers will be responsible to provide transport services to Mota Engil staff and maintenance of the vehicle in line with the Administrative Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Pick up and meet employers according to requests, appointments, or Schedules.
  • Perform errands for employers, such as delivering or picking up mail and packages.
  • Test Vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns or windshield wipers, and other parts of the vehicle, to ensure proper operations.
  • Provide staff with assistance entering and exiting the vehicle and help them with any luggage.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil, and water.
  • Perform minor vehicle repairs such as cleaning spark plugs, or taking vehicles to mechanics for servicing.
  • Vacuum and clean interiors and wash and polish exteriors of automobiles.
  • Complete accident reports when necessary
  • Perform any other work that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Qualifications and Skills Required.

  • UACE or its equivalent.
  • Valid government-approved driving license
  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • A certificate in defensive driving is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Good interpersonal skills
