Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individual who will go beyond business as usual to deliver a different experience for our people, clients, communities, and member firms. The successful candidates will work in our Uganda office located on Plot 23, Lugogo Bypass, 3rd Floor of Lugogo One.

Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and network of the firm. You will install and configure computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults solving technical and applications problems. You must fully understand the system of computer network in the organization and corresponding programs in use and maintain them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Install and configure computer Hardware & Software operating systems and applications.
Carry out routine maintenance on all networked computers.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Ensure the firm's IT system is safe and running effectively.
Server Monitoring and Patch Management.
Provide telephone, e-mail and remote support to all IT users, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as required.

The Ideal candidate should have:
1. 3 years' experience in a similar role in a highly professional and dynamic organization.
2. Degree in Computer Engineering, Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3. Knowledge of Azure administrator.
4. Completed ITIL Foundation.
5. Good knowledge in Office 365.
6. Knowledge to resolve IT Support Issues.
