The role involves preparing clear and engaging communication materials, supporting media and public relations activities, and helping maintain consistent messaging across communication channels. The officer may assist with event communications, respond to information requests, coordinate updates and announcements, and contribute to the organisation’s reputation and community engagement. Strong writing, organisation and interpersonal communication are important for sharing accurate information and supporting effective service delivery.
