Role Context
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and positive experience at Amadeus Gardens.
Responsibilities
The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes managing reservations, providing information about our services and menu, and assisting with any issues that may arise during a guest's visit.
