Too Good Yoghurt is a natural dairy brand known for making clean, preservative-free set yogurts and milk using fresh cow’s milk without added starch, artificial thickeners, or added sugars in its natural lines.

Job Summary: We are looking for commercially minded, execution-focused professionals ready to take ownership, build strong teams and deliver measurable results.

Sales Manager – Central Region

• Lead growth across Kampala and Wakiso District, with accountability for sales strategy, customer acquisition, distribution, team performance and regional revenue targets.

Sales Manager – Eastern Region

• Drive sales and distribution across Jinja, Iganga, Mbale, Soroti, Tororo and surrounding districts, with responsibility for regional growth, market expansion and team performance.

Sales Manager – Western Region

• Lead commercial operations across Masaka, Lukaya, Lyantonde, Rakai, Mbarara, Bushenyi, Ibanda, Rukungiri, Kabale, Ntungamo, Kanungu, Kibaale and surrounding districts.

Sales Manager – Northern & West Nile Region

• Lead sales and distribution across Arua, Madi-Okollo, Yumbe, Maracha, Koboko, Nebbi, Pakwach, Gulu, Lira, Amuru, Nwoya, Oyam, Kole, Apac, Dokolo, Kwania, Kitgum, Pader, Lamwo, Agago and Omoro.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Results-driven managers, not simply administrators. Strong candidates demonstrate:

• High ownership and accountability, backed by analytical problem-solving
• Ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams
