1. Formulate and execute trade business strategies aligned with Group Head SME and Value Chain goals.
2. Grow trade customer base and transaction volumes through effective product management and sales strategies.
3. Monitor financial performance, analyze market trends, and develop new products to maximize revenue and competitive advantage.
4. Develop and maintain market risk management principles and policies.
5. Monitor and report market risks to ALCO, Board, and Line Management.
6. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
