JOB DETAILS:
Manager Public Relations and Consumer Affairs Contract
Length: 5 Years

Job Purpose
To attend to and act on all ERA visitors and coordinate in?coming and outgoing telephone callsand messages

Duties/Responsibilities
• Manage ERA’s switch board; ensure effective receiving and routing of incoating and out?going calls and compliance to the telephone usagepolicy.
• Analyze and report stakeholder feedback at thereception.
• Facilitate dissemination of publications andinformation.
• Prepare activity budgets for various unitactivities.
• Assist in the implementation of the stakeholder communicationstrategy.
• Receive and effectively direct and/ advise ERA visitors to respective offices.
• Maintain an orderly and attractive Front Desk for a positive organizationalimage.
• Disseminate general information to Staff through theintranet.
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Academic Qualifications and Working Experience
• An Honours University Degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Community Psychology, Marketing, Office Management, Mass Communication,
o Journalism, International Business or related discipline.
• Must have at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
• Should be 35years of ageand below.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
