Overall purpose of the job
To provide quality nursing care to pregnant mothers
Roles And Duties.
- Provide total care to mothers during pregnancy (antenatal) and after pregnancy (postnatal) through running special clinics.
- Participate in the continuous nursing coverage on wards, receive reports and effectively hand over to in-coming shift staff
- Manage obstetrical emergencies and consult the doctor on complicated cases Carry out observation on patients and maintain their records..
- Register and notify authorities about births and deaths of new born
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
