Don Swift Company is a leading organization in Uganda, committed to excellence in its operations. We are seeking a dedicated Stock Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, record, and issue stock while ensuring all products are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, update inventory records, and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, safely stored, and monitored for expiry dates.

Education & Requirements

Education: Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement and Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.

Additional Details

At least 1 years of previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or stores operations. Strong numerical, record-keeping, and computer skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
