JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a dynamic, committed and passionate professional to join our team and help drive guest experience, operational standards and sustainability across our tourism and hospitality operations.

- Sustainability & responsible tourism initiatives
- Staff training, coaching & development
- Guest feedback & continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or related field
- Experience in hospitality, guest experience, quality assurance or sustainability
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for sustainability and responsible tourism
- Willingness to travel to upcountry properties
