JOB REQUIERMENTS
- Professional training or a qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Quality understanding of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
- Must be able to prepare a variety of Chinese dishes, including traditional meals.
- Must maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen leanliness, and food safety.
- Previous experience working in a Chinese restaurant, hotel, or company kitchen is an added advantage.
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
