Requirements
1. Full stack development - capable of working front-end & back-end.
2. Solid PHP and Laravel framework experience.
3. Strong REST API development experience.
4. Artisan Commands.
5. Complicated database structures.
6. Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
7. Experience with cross browser testing and performance optimization.
8. Sound knowledge of responsive coding techniques.
9. People skills pay the bills.
10. Ability and willingness to jump into a brand new development stack with a smile.
11. Positive can-do attitude with the ability to follow through.
12. The ability to iterate and ship ideas quickly, with loose (at best) direction.
13. A love of Open Source software.
14. Pixel-level perfection when implementing designs created by your team.

Pluses
1. React / React Native experience a big plus.
2. Python / Django a big plus.
3. Dev Ops / Server experience or interest a big plus.
4. AWS Knowledge.
