JOB DETAILS:
VIP Style Consultants - Menswear
Reports to Floor Supervisor
Purpose: Deliver styling-led selling and immaculate section standards across menswear and womenswear.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers using the brand's styling-consultant approach, not passive floor-walking.
- Maintain size runs, folding/hanging standards, and replenishment from the stockroom throughout the day.
- Build outfit/look suggestions across menswear and ABRYANZ to drive multi-item baskets.
- Process fitting-room service, hold/reserve requests, and refer Made-to-Measure enquiries to the MTM Coordinator.
- Keep up to date on new deliveries, pricing and promotions in the section.
Requirements & Profile
- Fashion retail experience preferred; genuine interest in menswear/womenswear styling.
- Well-presented, confident engaging premium clientele.
- Target-driven but service-first in approach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
- Personal and section sales vs, target.
- Units per transaction / attachment rate (multi-item baskets).
- Customer greeting and styling consultation standard (floor audit score).
- Section presentation and size-run compliance on daily checks.
Abryanz is opening a new store in Kabalagala.
