JOB DETAILS:
Abryanz is opening a new store in Kabalagala.
Purpose:
Deliver a warm, efficient kidswear experience for parents and confidently represent the Abryanz own-brand story to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly service for parents/children - sizing help, quick transactions, patience with children on the floor.
- Maintain kidswear section safety and tidiness (no loose hangers/pins within reach, spill-safe flooring near the section).
- Know and narrate the Abryanz own-brand story, materials and design points to customers - this corner is the brand's own identity and should be sold with particular confidence.
- Maintain size runs and replenishment for both areas throughout the day.
- Cross-sell between kidswear and own-brand where relevant (family shopping occasions).
Requirements & Profile
- Warm, patient manner: comfortable with children and families.
- Strong grasp of the Abryanz brand story for the own-brand corner.
- Retail experience preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
- Personal and section sales vs, target, including own-brand attach rate.
- Kidswear section safety-check pass rate (zero incidents).
- Own-brand storytelling / conversion rate on customer engagement.
