Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Experience – Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in coffee farm operations
- Coffee Value Chain – Strong knowledge of coffee production, nursery operations, and the value chain
- Farmer Training – Skilled in training farmer groups and applying climate-smart farming practices
- Computer Skills — Proficient in MS Office and basic digital record-keeping tools
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving & Teamwork – Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
