JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The overall purpose of the job is to provide technical support to multiple SFA users to achieve smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Performs sales support functions to Kampala users to ensure that, among others, the users have sufficient knowledge to perform their duties, right mapping for routes, vans, supervisors and outlets is done, timely upload of user data on the system, etc and offer timely technical support to Kampala users where there is need.
- Offer technical support to users under distributors using cold calling channel and Modern Trade Users.
- Data preparation and reporting on the assigned projects to ensure sufficient monitoring of project progress. This will be done in coordination with finance team.
- Offer timely support to users under Flexi Pay, MTN or Airtel projects to ensure smooth running of the Project to achieve the intended purpose.
- Perform any other tasks allocated by the supervisor.

Education, Training, Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business computing.
Experience & Skills
- Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Tools i.e Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge on Sales Automation operations.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Paying attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Working Environment
The jobholder is exposed to a conducive work environment with minimum disagreeable conditions.
