Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations and business development of our local branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, executing strategic plans, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage branch staff to achieve performance targets and business objectives
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, profitability, and market share
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and community Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to achieve operational efficiency and cost- effectiveness
4. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
5. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve service quality
6. Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on branch performance, market conditions, and customer feedback Requirements:
7. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
8. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Shipping line / Logistics, including 3 years in a managerial role
9. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
10. Sound knowledge of shipping/logistics / Inland services, and regulations
11. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
