POSITION : Branch Coordinator-Logbook Finance Product (3 Vacancies)

Job Summary:

To lead recruitment of 15 Sales Agents per Team Leader, ensuring disciplined execution of branch cycle plans, weekly route plans, and daily sales activities to deliver sustainable portfolio growth and achieve branch targets.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Build and sustain a team of at least 15 active Sales Agents per Team Leader.
• Drive branch sales and recruitment performance by ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales, lead generation, conversion, and recruitment targets.
• Develop and implement branch marketing plans to maximize market coverage, business growth, customer acquisition, and sales opportunities.
• Manage field sales operations through approval and monitoring of route plans, branch mapping, and deployment of sales resources to high-potential locations and activation activities.
• Deliver training and coaching programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, customer engagement, and overall sales force effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance by preparing accurate sales, recruitment, and operational reports, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive performance management and accountability through regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, performance improvement plans, and adherence to branch operational standards.
• Provide effective branch leadership and field supervision by conducting regular field visits, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ sales or marketing experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, lending policies, and customer acquisition processes.
