- Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of medium to large-scale MEP and civil works projects, including preparation and evaluation of tender submissions, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, subcontract administration, variation management, and final account preparation.
- Strong track record in cost optimisation and value engineering initiatives, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve project profitability, enhance efficiency, and achieve project financial objectives without compromising quality, safety, or technical requirements.
- Experience in subcontractor and supplier management, including the evaluation of quotations, administration of subcontract agreements, assessment of payment applications, variation negotiations, claims management, and final account settlement.
- Experience supporting tendering, bid preparation, and project development activities, including cost estimation, commercial reviews, pricing strategies, risk assessments, and bid evaluations for building, MEP, civil, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Strong experience in the administration of construction contracts and subcontract agreements, including contract interpretation, compliance monitoring, commercial correspondence, variation management, claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) assessments, and dispute resolution support.
