1. The Office of the President represented has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Land for construction of the Afro Arab Youth Council International Headquarters. Land measuring between 20-30 acres in a single block within the radius of approximately 15 miles from the central Business District of Kampala and not in a wet land.

2. The Entity invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the provision of land for the Afro Arab Youth Council International Headquarters.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders should refer to Electronic Government Procurement Portal (e-GP) at https://egpuganda.go.ug  for full details.

5. The Bidding document in English shall be inspected and issued at https://egpuganda.go.ug upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only)

6. Bids shall be submitted electronically to https://egpuganda.go.ug  and all Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
