Responsibilities:

• The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
• They will also be involved in organizational development and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
• A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• A recommendation from the Church Pastor is also required.
