Roles and Responsibilities


1.      Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and work with the Owner to devise ways to streamline processes

2.      Manager Owner’s calendar and keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

3.      Train recruited personnel and work with GM to allocate responsibilities and office space

4.      Manage schedules and deadlines

5.      Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

6.      Monitor inventory of kitchen & bar supplies and the purchasing of new products with attention to budgetary constraints

7.      Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

8.      Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and support staff (e.g. cleaners, security officers)

9.      Organize and supervise other office activities (Kitchen and bar cleanliness.)

10.    Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations(Curfew hours, Loud Music)
