Supervisor- Alternate Channels
REPORTING TO: Manager- Applications and Implementations
JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Manager- Applications and Implementations, the role holder’s role will be responsible for providing technical operations supervisory oversight of the growing agency and products partner network. It proactively coordinates cross-functional technical response, field visits, incident resolutions, systems documentation and performance reviews across agency and partner platforms, integrating with the bank digital payment channels; to guarantee end-to-end technology efficiencies in the ecosystem.
Monitoring and Performance Reporting on e-channels.
Coordinating regular field/technical service review engagements with product partners (billers, Fintechs, etc.) and channel managers – per established review framework (e.g. performance reviews, audits etc.).
Participate in the IT projects change implementation & operations programs in accordance with the Bank’s policies and standards; UAT testing, deployment activities, post implementation reviews, operations and disaster planning and recover
A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or other numerical biased field degrees from a reputable university.
Certification in database management, digital finance practices, instant payments, and technology governance (ITIL etc.) are preferred.
5 years’ experience with 3+ years’ technical experience supporting bank digital channels in medium to large organizations.
Practical hands-on Banking Applications Support skills.
