Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering; or Nuclear Science and Technology; or Industrial Chemistry; or Power Engineering; or Mechanical Engineering; or Electrical Engineering; or Civil Engineering; or Physics; or Chemistry; or Environmental Engineering; or Environmental Technology from a recognized University/Institution.

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the for performing the following duties:-
– Undertaking studies on relevant specifications of nuclear power plants;

– Collecting data for feasibility studies, nuclear power plant technology assessment and site selection;

– Carrying out research with the academic and research instituions in line with nuclear power infrastructure;

– Conducting surveys on national participation in the nuclear power programmes;

– Conducting awareness campaigns on nuclear power infrastructure;
