JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Job (Brief)
Responsible for generating leads and closing sales for the Enterprise department. This includes dedicated internet, shared internet, corporate voice and all enterprise solutions
Plan for, Generate and closes sales
- Generate leads through field activities.
- Achieve monthly communicated sales target for client visits and Sales.
- Pitching to customers as per consumer needs identified.
- Ensuring proper pipeline generation and management. – Establishing contact with the customer in the field through cold calls, follow up on referrals, Sales etc. – Converting
Engage, document and follow-up prospects
- Follow-up on prospects to convert into sales
- Compile customer data – base of both on-boarded customers and prospect
Adhering to Company regulations and observing code of conduct
- Ensure adherence to Regulatory, Airtel, Agency policies, Processes, Procedures and guidelines.
- Participating in Meetings and training as scheduled by Supervisor (regular and Impromptu)
- Adhere to Routes and Journey Plans as directed or agreed upon by the manager.
Compile and present Reports
- Provide feedback to management on all business-related issues, including but not limited to market intelligence
- Attend to or escalate customer complaints to Account manager (Supervisor).
- Share Daily reports (Sales, Leads, Challenges/ Issues)
