KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To actively convert all sales opportunities from all company prospects.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Participate on behalf of Chint Uganda in exhibitions and conferences.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and internal teams.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve good sales department results.
- To Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections.
CORE CAPABILITIES:
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in relevant roles
- Fluent English and any other local language
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Excellent Convincing/Selling Language
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
- Hands-on experience in selling electricals is an added advantage
