SALES EXECUTIVES
Aged 26 to 32 with 2–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administtation, Sales, or related field.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of customer needs and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and follow up effectively.
- Willingness and ability to learn technical products (Valves, Fittings, etc.).
- NOTE: Preferably candidates who live near our job location.
- Willingness to travel within Uganda for business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare sales presentations and product demos.
- Conduct market research to identify leads.
- Negotiate sales accounts and relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback.
